Trus’me & Druzzi (The Rapture)

While Trus’me’s “Nards” propelled him to dancefloor supremacy (Gilles Peterson named the track the best of that year) in 2007, New Yorker multi-instrumentalist Druzzi and his band The Rapture was on a tour with two particular Frenchman who called themselves Daft Punk. Acid disco, funky house and unreleased tracks and samples will be on the cards.



Two Thousand and Twelve Nights with Infected Mushroom

Remember the last time the Israeli founded-Los Angeles based psy-trance took over Zouk? Probably not as you were too busy finding something to break. Frontman Amit Duvdevani aka Duvdev and his band Infected Mushroom has that affect. Expect put-yer-hands-up-in-the-air moments converted to fist pumps.



Azzura Endure NYE Party with Style of Eye

The Swede tech house stalwart has an eye (and an ear) on producing some of the most infectious and contrastingly powerful dancefloor anthems. “Girls” was used by Lady Gaga on her Monster Ball Tour to much debate between Gaga and Style’s fans (not pretty). Dark, bass-heavy, atmospheric, minimal and bugged-eyes tunes await revellers at this beach party. Eclesia Records’ head honcho Seng Wei and Juice DJ Quest 2011 winner Sivanesh opens.

Being the pioneer of the French house movement has had it perks for the ever eccentric Martin Solveig. With Madonna naming him as one of the producers for her forthcoming album, Martin got another one in the bag together with things like the Chevalier Des Arts et Des Lettres and the Artiste de Musiques Electroniques de l’Annee (kinda like a knighthood). Look out for his rework on “Give Me All Your Love” which was leaked at his recent set.



Good Times NYE 2011/2012

Popular hip-hop band SIXX, alternative rockers We The Thousands, singer-songwriter Nick Chim, electro pop duo Riot !n Magenta and rappers Crazy 88, DJs Aresha, Joshua P, J-Styles, Syafii, Zeratone, Headline, Garuda and Tatsuro, MC Roz hyping the night and Race Krehel provides the visuals. Done.
